Do I have to make an appointment?
· To be pinned for a bustle or alterations you must make an appointment.
· To visit our store and try on dresses you do not have to make an appointment.

Do you offer alterations?
Yes.

Are alterations included?
No, alterations are always an extra charge.

If the wedding is cancelled can I get my money back?
No, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Do we rent wedding gowns or bridesmaid dresses?
No, the only merchandise we rent is tuxedos.

Do we sell our stock gowns off the rack?
Yes, you may purchase a gown off the rack but we also do special orders.

Do we match prices of other bridal shops?
In most cases no. We are a full service bridal shop and you receive many services when you purchase from us that you will not receive from an outlet store.

If I order a gown and do not like it when it comes in can I send it back?
No, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

How long does it take to order a wedding gown?
Depending on the company, shipping can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months. Standard shipping is four months but most companies offer Rush Cuts or Quick Ships for an extra fee.

How long does it take to order bridesmaid dresses?
Depending on the dress and company shipping can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months. Standard shipping is 3 months but some companies offer rush cuts and quick ships for an extra fee.

Do we buy used gowns?
We do not purchase used gowns. We are not a consignment shop.

Do we rent tuxedos?
Yes

Do we alter merchandise not purchased from the Bridal Gallery?
No

Do we offer layaway?
Yes we offer a few different layaway programs. Please contact us for more information.

Can you order a gown I saw in another store or online?
If we carry the line we can order the dress.

How far in advance do the men need to be measured for the tuxedo order?
We suggest 2 months in advance.

How much do I have to pay down to order a gown?
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of the order plus any rush cut fees or additional charges.

How long does it take to order shoes?
Depending on the company, from 1 week to 1 month.

How much does it cost to dye shoes?
We do not charge a fee to dye shoes.

Do you dye shoes not purchased from the Bridal Gallery?
No.

Can you make changes to a wedding gown?
Depending on the gown and company changes can sometimes be made.

How do I order a gown(tux) for an out of town bridesmaid(usher)?
They can have their measurements taken locally and call them in over the phone, email them, or fax them.

Do you dye gowns?
No.

What do I do with my wedding gown after the wedding?
We offer a cleaning and preservation service.
